Dear Orlando Church Family,
The Kingdom of God was something Jesus spoke about very much before He ascended back onto Heaven. We are told to seek 1st His Kingdom. The Kingdom on earth is His church. We are to advance His Church to the ends of the earth.
Acts 1:3,8 NIV
[3] After his suffering, he presented himself to them and gave many convincing proofs that he was alive. He appeared to them over a period of forty days and spoke about the kingdom of God. [8] But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
We have collected about $13,500 to date! Praise God for that. The amount that the Orlando Church had been asked to raise is $31,000. We are about half way there! There are many needs to meet around the world in our churches. Every disciple in every church is doing their part!
I’m appealing to all of you my brothers and sisters to finish this task. Our brother Paul said it best when the Spirit moved him to write the disciples in Corinth;
2 Corinthians 8:10-12 NIV
[10] And here is my judgment about what is best for you in this matter. Last year you were the first not only to give but also to have the desire to do so. [11] Now finish the work, so that your eager willingness to do it may be matched by your completion of it, according to your means. [12] For if the willingness is there, the gift is acceptable according to what one has, not according to what one does not have.
We have 3 fundraising events coming up to help us raise this generous gift for our church plantings and third world churches in need.

I’m asking everyone in our Church to please support this event by purchasing a ticket and invite as many guests to come as possible. Let’s fill the auditorium
Brothers and sisters we have until May 19th to work hard for the Lord and pray to raise our goal of $31,000. If we all give our best, God will bless this goal!
It will take personal sacrifice as well as attending these fundraisers. Please turn in any money you have raised as soon as you can. The needs of God’s Kingdom are real.
2 Corinthians 9:2,10-12 NIV
[2] For I know your eagerness to help, and I have been boasting about it to the Macedonians, telling them that since last year you in Achaia were ready to give; and your enthusiasm has stirred most of them to action. [10] Now he who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will also supply and increase your store of seed and will enlarge the harvest of your righteousness. [11] You will be enriched in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God. [12] This service that you perform is not only supplying the needs of the Lord’s people but is also overflowing in many expressions of thanks to God.
Matthew 6:20-21 NIV
[20] But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. [21] For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
