“The first follower transforms a lone nut into a leader”.
We are told we all need to be leaders, but that won’t start a movement. The leader is the flint, but first follower is the spark that starts a movement of other followers. New followers be more inclined to follow other followers as they follow the leader.
1 Corinthians 11:1 NIV
[1] Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ.
Becoming a artist, actor, singer, public speaker or successful person that won’t compromise their convictions in Jesus takes guts.
Once you start getting people’s attention with your talent, what is your message to them?
Psalm 77:14 NIV
[14] You are the God who performs miracles; you display your power among the peoples.
The above verse tells us that God will perform in your life to give you the platform to display His power not yours.
Is becoming rich and famous your purpose or is platform to serve God your purpose?
Nothing wrong becoming rich and famous if you use the resources as a platform to give God glory.
Exodus 4:21 NIV
[21] The Lord said to Moses, “When you return to Egypt, see that you perform before Pharaoh all the wonders I have given you the power to do. But I will harden his heart so that he will not let the people go.
So, are you a Christian that is an artist? Or are you an Artist that is a christian?
Don’t use your Christian audience to promote yourself and end there!
From an Unworthy servant,
